A Las Vegas gig featuring The Killers and Imagine Dragons has raised $700,000 for the victims of the mass shooting in the city earlier this year.
The Vegas Strong Benefit Concert, which took place at the T-Mobile Arena on December 1 was held to raise funds for the families of the 58 killed and 546 injured when a gunman opened fire on a crowd at a country music festival in October.
On Wednesday, organizers announced proceeds of around $700,000 from the gig would be donated to victims of the attack.
"We are grateful for the outpouring of love from these icons of Las Vegas entertainment, who once again proved that our community stands as one to support the victims of this senseless tragedy," Clark County Commissioner Steve Sisolak, an organiser of the Las Vegas Victims' Fund, told Billboard.com.
The charity event also included performances from comedian Jay Leno, Boyz II Men, and the Blue Man Group, while Celine Dion, Elton John, Jason Aldean and George Strait all sent video messages.
