Deputies: Man charged with several burglaries, thefts in Wayne County

Rose, N.Y. (WHAM) - A man from Rose was arrested Monday morning after an investigation into a number of burglaries.

Wayne County Sheriff's investigators said Dylan Schute, 31, was connected to several burglaries and thefts in the area.

Schute was charged with first-degree forgery, possession of a forged instrument, second-degree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny, and petit larceny.

Schute was taken to the Wayne County Jail and arraigned Monday evening. He is scheduled to be back in Rose Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
