Gates, N.Y. (WHAM) - Gates Police said a fifth person has been arrested following a large fight last month at the Diplomat Party House.

Reinaldo Aristegui-Calas was arrested Friday during the execution of a marijuana search warrant on Sobieski Street in Rochester.

He is accused of being one of three shooters in that melee at the Diplomat. He was charged with reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon.

The fight happened after a concert at the venue on January 13. Approximately 400 people were at the building when a fight broke out and spilled out into the parking lot.

Police say Yamil Maldonado, 39, fired several rounds inside and outside the venue, and Isaac Dominguez-Gomez, 26, took part in a large fight. Solangie Rodriguez, 28, is accused of throwing a liquor bottle into the crowd, while Jose Munz, 26, is also accused of throwing a liquor bottle. Munz's bottle hit a woman in the head, reportedly causing a serious head wound.

Court papers say Aristegui-Calas was seen on surveillance cameras racking what looks like a gun, and then proceeding outside. Police say he fired two rounds in the parking lot.

Aristegui-Calas was remanded to jail on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond and is due back in court next week.

Gates Police say additional arrests are expected in this case.
