(WHAM) - Remote learning for Rochester City School District students has resumed after experiencing some problems Monday.
The network that hosts the district's sign-in services - Amazon Web Services - suffered an outage across the United States for several hours.
During that time, students and staff were unable to log into Zoom, Google Classroom, Seesaw, and PowerSchool. As a result, all learning shifted to become independent until further notice for Monday, according to a statement posted by district officials.
The issue was resolved shortly before 1 p.m., according to RCSD officials.
It is unclear if other districts in the greater Rochester area were affected by the outage.
