Two charged after school threat posted to Snapchat

Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) - Police in Rochester said two people have been arrested following an investigation into a threat made against Edison Career and Technology High School Tuesday evening.

Officers said they were notified about the threat, which was made on Snapchat, around 7:20 p.m.

Police say they were able to quickly locate a person of interest.

They say a juvenile has been charged with making a terroristic threat. Meanwhile, police have also charged Tobie Gulley, 36, of Rochester with criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.

Police investigators thanked the community for taking quick action to notify law enforcement when the post went up.
