Puppies rescued in Florida after storm named Hurricane and Michael

Two puppies found abandoned in the aftermath of Hurricane Michael will be coming to South Florida.

Crews with Palm Beach County Fire Rescue and the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office rescued two Labrador mix puppies in the rubble in Port St. Joe in Florida's Panhandle.

Deputies searched for but couldn't find the owner of the puppies.

Authorities gave the tiny puppies a bath and lots of hugs.

The puppies will be brought back to Big Dog Ranch Rescue for adoption.

The sheriff's office has a team in Bay County, helping law enforcement with curfews and other duties as needed.
